Delivery
We offer delivery service to Winston Salem, Lewisville, Clemmons, Kernersville, Advance, Bermuda Run, Mocksville, Statesville, Charlotte, Lake Norman, Mooresville, Cornelius, Boone, Linville, Elkin, N. Wilkesboro, Mt. Airy, Roaring Gap, Yadkinville, Greensboro, Lexington, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Salisbury. Please see a sales associate for specific delivery charges. We also have outside delivery service to other areas including outside NC.
Please note the size of the merchandise and make sure that it will easily fit through all passages necessary for delivery. Meg Brown Home Furnishings cannot be responsible for items that will not fit into your home. If delivery involves limited maneuverability, Meg Brown Home Furnishings will not be liable for damages that might occur from attempting delivery. The customer is responsible for notifying Meg Brown Home Furnishings of any special delivery conditions. You are responsible for any additional delivery help, equipment, tolls, or transportation charges that may be required to deliver your furniture. Meg Brown Home Furnishings cannot be responsible for deliveries made by outside carriers.
Customers must report any damages or defects at the time of delivery and note them on the delivery ticket. Delivery personnel may be able to make adjustments and fix minor problems. If they cannot correct them, please call us for authorization to return the damaged or defective item only for deluxing, repair, or replacement at our discretion. You will not be charged a re-delivery charge unless the merchandise met manufacturer's quality standards.
Pick Ups
If you choose to pick up your purchase at Meg Brown please notify us 24 to 48 hours ahead so that we prepare your items. Customer pickups may require certified funds. Meg Brown Home Furnishings reserves the right to refuse to allow pickups in rented trucks. Customers waive any claims to damages or defects on all pickups. Meg Brown Home Furnishing cannot be responsible for securing items to your vehicle.
