Online Order Return Policy

Online Orders of in stock items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or store credit provided that they are in new condition.  Original delivery charges cannot be refunded and pickup charges apply and will be deducted from your refund.  Pickup charges range from $125-$350 depending on the distance from our store. Mattresses and box springs cannot be returned unless the manufacturer has a comfort guarantee.  Please call our store 336-998-7277 to setup a pickup or if you have questions about a return.  Refunds will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Please see our detailed Terms and Condtions and FAQs for more information.
